About Natives United

A Native American owned and operated hospital being established in Tulsa, Oklahoma — built to deliver comprehensive, compassionate healthcare to the people of our region.

Who We Are

Healthcare built around the people we serve

Natives United LLC is establishing a full-service hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, organized around six integrated service lines: medical detox, pharmacy, family medicine, behavioral health, emergency services, and clinical research. Our purpose is straightforward — to put high-quality, dignified medical care within reach of every patient who walks through our doors.

As a Native American owned and operated organization, we are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. That heritage shapes how we listen, how we treat, and how we measure success. Care is never transactional; it is a relationship of trust between clinician, patient, and community.

From the front desk to the operating room, every part of our hospital is being designed around three commitments: clinical excellence, cultural respect, and unrestricted access to care — available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Mission

To deliver compassionate, comprehensive care

We exist to improve the health of the people of Oklahoma through accessible, evidence-based, and culturally respectful medicine — always available, always centered on the patient.

Vision

A new standard of care for our region

A hospital where six service lines work as one team, where Native voices lead the conversation, and where outcomes are measured in lives changed — not visits billed.

Values

Compassion. Excellence. Community.

Three principles guide every clinical and operational decision we make — from how we hire to how we treat to how we invest in research that benefits our patients first.

Our Approach

Why an integrated hospital matters

Most patients don't experience health in neat categories. A behavioral health crisis can involve substance use; a family medicine visit can uncover a chronic condition that needs specialty pharmacy support; an emergency can become the entry point to long-term care. When those service lines are siloed, patients fall through the cracks.

Natives United is being built differently. Under one roof, our medical detox unit, pharmacy, family medicine clinic, behavioral health unit, emergency department, and clinical research program operate as a single connected system. Records move with the patient. Care plans are coordinated. The same standard of dignity follows you from intake to discharge.

That integration is what makes 24/7 care meaningful. It's not just that our doors are open every hour of every day — it's that the right team is ready when you arrive.
